Grit Beauty is a makeup company that is environmentally conscious while still creating bold and colorful products for creative people. The color, type, and logo are bold and gritty, to stand out from other makeup brands. Sustainability, inspiration and inclusion are major themes driving the brand. Grit beauty is good for your face and good for your earth.
Disaster Magazine focuses on the chaos and disasters that occur in the world we live in. Featured artists such as Sarah Pickering and Lee Miller are photographers who capture the chaos in their work. Lee Miller is a famous photographer known for her war photography during World War II. Sarah Pickering on the other hand captures military grade explosions in controlled environments instead of being used during war.
La Prima Tazza has been a Lawrence local for over twenty years. The coffee shop is frequented by locals, students and faculty of the local college campus. The concept behind the rebrand was inspired by the meaning of the name. La Prima Tazza is Italian for the first cup. The logo, pattern and color palette all play off of primary colors, italian ceramic tiles, and the sunrise at the first of the morning.
